Refund Policy

At Achpill Consulting Group, we are committed to transparency and creating long-term value for our clients. This policy describes the terms of your investment commitment, withdrawals, and subscription cancellations. Please read it carefully before subscribing to an investment plan.

1. 12-Month Investment Commitment

All investment plans offered by Achpill Consulting Group require a minimum initial commitment period of twelve (12) months.
Why is this commitment necessary? This structure is essential because your contributions are earmarked for long-term, illiquid assets, such as real estate development and SME financing. This long-term approach is critical to generating stable returns.
Therefore, contributions made during this initial 12-month period are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation (After the Commitment Period)
After the initial 12-month commitment period ends, you may request cancellation of your subscription by providing 15 days' written notice. This will suspend all future billing. The process for withdrawing your accumulated capital will be governed by the terms of your specific investment plan.

3. Early Withdrawal Policy (Exceptional Circumstances)
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for early withdrawal of capital before the end of the 12-month commitment period will be considered on a case-by-case basis under specific conditions, such as:

Verified serious financial hardship

Documented medical emergencies

Process: All requests for early withdrawal must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. These requests are subject to review and approval by Achpill Consulting Group and, if approved, may be subject to an early withdrawal fee of up to 10% of the total invested capital to cover administrative and settlement costs.

4. Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at info@achpill.com within 7 business days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue immediately and, if we confirm the error, issue a full correction.

5. Disclaimer Regarding Investment Performance
Investing involves risk. The value of investments may fluctuate, and returns are not guaranteed. No refunds or withdrawals will be granted based on investment performance, market fluctuations, or project timelines. Our service is intended to provide access to investment opportunities, not to guarantee specific financial results.
